Dash for HOPE Virtual 5K

It's time again for the annual TFP Dash for Hope 5K!!!

The holidays are meant to be magical, and when you can't afford to put food on the table, let alone gifts under the tree, it's heartbreaking.

We started the Dash for Hope as a way to fund charities that support families with gifts, food, and shelter throughout the holiday season - now, you get to be a part of that too.

We will be donating all proceeds to local organizations that are directly responsible for providing FOOD and SHELTER to FAMILIES over the holidays.

For YOU, as the runner, this will be one of the best ways to spend the first 30-60 minutes of your day on NOVEMBER 18!

We'll be running virtually, but we'll also be hosting hot spots around New Hampshire and Massachusetts - that way, you can run on your own OR jump into a group near you!

Whether this is your first 5K, a family fun experience, or you're going to go for a PR, we'll be helping you prepare for it within the Dash for HOPE 5K FaceBook group, with content, programming, and tips and tricks for making the most of the experience!!!
