The  Hampstead Turkey Trot will be November 26, 2026.  Online registration closes Wed. 11/25/26 at 10:00 A.M. The race starts at St. Anne's Church at 8:30am.  

Cost:  8/29/26 thru 11/25/26 (10:00 A.M.): Children (5 to 17 years old) and Senior Citizens (62 years old & up)  $20.00, Adults (18 to 61 years old): $25.00 .

Day of Race Registration 11/26/26:  Children (5 to 17 years old) and Senior Citizens (62 years old & up)  $25.00, Adults (18 to 61 years old): $30.00 

If you want a t-shirt with your registration we must receive your registration by Nov. 1, 2026.  You may still sign up after Nov. 1, 2026 but will not receive a t-shirt and cost stays the same.  People may sign up the day of the race between 7:00am and 8:00am at the Hampstead Meeting House next to the starting line. You will not receive a t-shirt.  We will accept cash or checks made out to Hampstead Recreation.  We will be collecting non-perishable food for the St. Anne's Food Bank.

Where is the Race Route?  It’s a 5k race. From St. Anne's run east on Emerson Ave until you reach Randall Road, take a left onto Randall run to the end of the road, take a left onto Sawyer, run to the end of the road take a left onto Wash Pond, at the end take a right back on Emerson Ave and finish at St. Anne's Church. 

Can you sign up the day of the race?
You may sign up the day of the race between 7:00 and 8:00 but do not receive a t-shirt and Note, Day of race registration prices increase $5. 

Are there prizes given out? Yes, We have new age divisions this year! We will also be handing out finisher's medals!

Are there water stations?
Yes there are two one: on Emerson Ave and on the corner of Sawyer/Randall.

Can I bring my pet to walk/run?
Yes, all animals must be leashed and under control.

Can I just walk?
Yes, we encourage all levels of fitness.

Can I pick my t-shirt and bib up ahead of time? 
Yes. We will email you when and where the pick up time is a week before the event. 

All participants will run/walk at their own risk.  All runners, walkers, strollers & leashed pets are welcome.  Please no bikes riding.
