🚴♂️ The Highs & Lows Tour: A Ride for Every Journey
The Highs & Lows Tour is a one-day cycling event featuring a variety of routes designed to showcase the natural beauty and terrain of New Hampshire—including a popular mixed surface gravel course, and new for 2026, a mountain biking option that opens up even more adventure.
This year, all rides begin and end on the scenic campus of Plymouth Regional High School, nestled at the gateway to the Pemi-Baker Valley. From there, riders will explore the Baker River Valley, winding through charming towns and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Those tackling the full century ride will venture even farther—into the Connecticut River Valley and over Mount Cube—for a truly epic experience.
For those hungry for more riding after lunch, an optional 25-mile route is available, also starting and finishing at Plymouth Regional High School.
All routes are fully supported, with SAG vehicles and well-stocked rest stops offering hydration, nutrition, and encouragement along the way.
Whether you prefer pavement, gravel, or mountain biking, the Highs & Lows Tour is a multi-course event built for every rider, every pace, and every purpose.
