Milford Lion's Dash 5k

     Come join the Milford Lions Club of New Hampshire as we kick off our First Annual Milford Lion’s Dash 5K road race!  The race starts at the Milford Community House and winds through the back streets of Milford and ends back at the Community House.  Race time is 10:00am on Saturday, April 29th.  We’ll have prizes for our winning participants, an MC, music, and an open area to meet our sponsors or to simply unwind after the race. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finisher in age groups under 40 and 40+.   

This race is open to ages 13 and older.  While we do love all pets, we ask that you leave them at home.  Also please note that this is not a stroller friendly course. 

All race proceeds will support the Milford Lions' work to help local community members in need.

Registration will open online on January 15th, 2023.  

Admission prices are:

Early registration through March 31, 2023: $25.00
April pre-race registration until April 27th: $30.00 Online registration closes on 4/27/23.
Race day registration: $35.00
 

Registration closes 30 minutes prior to the race time.

The first 50 on-line registrants will receive an event t-shirt.  All race participants must pick up the race bib on the day of the race.  Race bibs and shirts will be available for pick up from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM.
