Description

Join us for our 2nd annual Save the Bees 5K! The race will benefit the NH Beekeepers Association and all profits will support the research and development of safe beekeeping in the state of NH. All participants will receive a t-shirt and bag full of awesome running and eco-friendly swag. First place winners (men and women) will receive a $25 Runner's Alley gift certificate. Scroll down to view the course map on MapMyRun. Prior to the race (9:30 AM) Kacy Harnedy will host a yoga session for runners.

    • Thursday, September 19, 2019, 10 AM – 8 PM: Blaisdell Library, 129 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH
    • Friday, September 20, 2019, 10 AM – 5PM: Blaisdell Library, 129 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH
    • Saturday, September 21, 2019, 8 AM – 9:30 AM: Nottingham School, 245 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH at the start/finish line (to the left of school building’s main entrance).
  3. Where do I park?
    • Parking is available at the Nottingham School, 245 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH.
  4. When does online registration close?
    • Runners can register online until Wednesday, September 18, 2019. Any later registrations can be done in person with cash or check:

  5. Can I sign up day of?
    • Yes! Registration will be available at packet pick up at the start/finish line (to the left of school building’s main entrance). Cash or check only. 
  6. What is the entry fee?
    • March 1, 2019 – June 30, 2019
      • 14 & younger: $15 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 15-59: $25 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 60 & older: $20 + $2.50 sign up fee
    • July 1, 2019 – September 13, 2019
      • 14 & younger: $20 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 15-59: $30 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 60 & older: $25 + $2.50 sign up fee
    • September 14, 2019 – September 18, 2019
      • 14 & younger: $25 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 15-59: $35 + $2.50 sign up fee
      • 60 & older: $30 + $2.50 sign up fee
    • September 19, 2019 – September 21, 2019 *Cash or check only*

  7. Can I run in a group?
    • Yes! Each member of the group receives a $5 discount of the registration price. Be sure to register under the groups/teams tab on the registration site.
  8. Can I run with my stroller?
    • Yes.
  9. Can I run with my dog?
    • No.
  10. Will there be a kids’ run?
    • Yes. The kids’ run will happen at the start/finish line at 9:30 AM prior to the 5k start at 10 AM.
  11. Will there be prizes?
    • First place male and female runners will receive a $25 gift certificate to Runners’ Alley.
  12. Will the results be posted?
    • Yes. Results will be posted on http://www.ne-timing.com/results.php and http://coolrunning.com/.
  13. Where can I find photos?
    • Photos of the event will be posted to the Earth Fest Facebook Page

  15. Can I volunteer?
    • Yes. We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
      • Packet pickup/registration at the start/finish line on September 21, 2019.
      • The water station at approximately mile 1.5
