The Seacoast Half Marathon is one of the longest-running half marathons in coastal New Hampshire. This year, we are offering a suite of in-person and "virtual" options. The in-person half marathon will, as long as state and local officials permit it, be run on Sunday, October 31. With each virtual option, you decide where to run or walk, and when (between October 23 and October 31). We've made this decision because it is the best way we can give you options, based on your level of comfort being around a large group of other racers. The virtual options include a 5K, a quarter marathon (6.55 miles) and/or the half marathon. All racers will be able to download a personalized race bib, and a finisher's certificate after you post your finishing time. In addition, you'll get a long sleeve race shirt (5K and quarter half) or a l/s race shirt and a finisher's medal (half marathon). The Seacoast Marathon is unique in that all of the revenue (after race expenses) goes to local non-profit beneficiaries. This year's beneficiary is Cornerstone VNA. So please make a donation to Cornerstone VNA when you register, and/or set up your own fundraising page to get family and friends help your fundraising efforts. You can use your donation/fundraising to earn free registration in the 2022 Seacoast half Marathon!

Packet pick-up will open at 7:00 on Sunday, Oct. 31. Walkers will start at 8:00, and runners will start at 8:30. If staggered starts are required, start times will be adjusted appropriately, and all racers will be notified of the change.
• Where should you race?
Anywhere you want, as long as you are following local laws, and current state and local coronavirus guidelines. You can be on local roads, trails, or even a treadmill. In these virtual races, you can even take your pet along. Keep in mind, if you are on the roads, that there won't be any course marshals, traffic control, or water stops (unless you create your own water stop), so be vigilant and be safe.
