Join us on Oct. 25, 2026, for the 2026 Seacoast Half Marathon. The scenic course winds through the historic coastal communities of Portsmouth, Rye, and New Castle, offering stunning views of New Hampshire’s Seacoast. In a race calendar crowded with corporate, for-profit events, the Seacoast Half is the only purely local, purely charitable race of its kind— and has raised nearly $2 million for worthy area nonprofits.
Registration
Registration for the 21st annual Seacoast Half Marathon opens on March 1, 2026! The course is fabulous — fast and mostly flat with a few rolling hills. Starting and finishing at Portsmouth High School, it offers striking views of woodlands, salt marshes, the rugged coastline, working waterways, historic homes, and Portsmouth Harbor. Plus, every participant will receive a long-sleeve race shirt and a medal!

Our race tagline, “Caring for the Coast, One Step at a Time,” reflects the core mission of the Seacoast Half Marathon: using the race to raise funds for — and shine a spotlight on — nonprofit organizations that serve the communities of the New Hampshire Seacoast. We are now accepting applications to become the beneficiary of the 2026 Seacoast Half Marathon. The application deadline is Feb. 1, 2026.
