Swim Session 1- Fridays March 23- April 27

Beginners swim March 23, 2018-April 27 on Friday evenings.  Program designed for new swimmers as well as new triathletes.  Stroke development, safety strokes and conditioning will all be covered.  Clinic instructor is the Pumpkinman swim course captain, Daphne Rowe.  Daphne has been a triathlete for over 30 years, and is a WSI certified swim instructor.  She has been teaching athletes to swim and perfect stroke development for over 15 years.  Many of her beginner swimmers are now doing half and full triathlon distances regularly.  She is ready to get you ready for Pumpkinman!  Minimum and maximum number of athletes for the swim clinic.
