Keene Airport 5K

Race Time is Almost Here - This Sunday, May 17, 2026!

Join us at the Keene Dillant-Hopkins Airport for the 3rd Annual Keene Airport 5K at 9:00 am to benefit The Keene Senior Center. 

The Airport 5K Race Course is different this year. The race begins at the Airport Terminal and continues on a tree-lined flat, fast, paved road that passes through scenic wildlife filled wetlands. This course offers more protection from the wind, great for PRs. The race is also walker- and stroller-friendly. No dogs, please.

Prizes will be awarded to the fastest male and female. There will also be prizes for each age group, starting with under 20 to 90+. Beginning at 65, there will be a prize for every 5 years. Hence 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, and 90+. There will also be random prizes just for participants including a free helicopter ride and a free flying lesson. You must be present to win!

Friday, 5/15 The Keene Senior Center
Bib pick up is available Friday, May 15, from 4:00-6:00 pm at The Keene Senior Center, located at 312 Marlboro St., Suite 100, Keene, NH. Bibs will also be at the Airport on Race Day, starting at 8:00 am. Race day registration will also be available at the Airport.

Sunday, 5/17 Keene Dillant-Hopkins Airport
8:00 AM Check in and registration will be in the large tent to the right of the terminal building
9:00 AM Race begins
10:00 AM Race awards ceremony followed by the announcement of random prize winners
10:30 AM Raffle closes - WINNERS NEED NOT BE PRESENT 

DON'T MISS IT! in both locations there will be a raffle of 30 items, ranging in value from $100 to $1,500. Tickets are mainly sold to participants, volunteers and Senior Center members. The odds are quite good. Raffle tickets are $10 for 15 tickets, $20 for 30 tickets and $50 for 75 tickets. A spread sheet will eliminate the need to write your name on each ticket. You DO NOT need to be present to win raffle prizes.
