The Beat Goes On 5k & One - Mile Run/Walk

Support Derek Martin and family by joining our 5k race and one'-mile fitness walk on June 27th at 6:00pm at Weare Middle School.

Registration 4:30pm - 5:45 pm

Top 5 men and women will receive awards. Age group winners will get a mention.

 In the face of adversity, Derek has always persevered. His congenital heart defect was addressed with surgeries shortly after birth, and as he grew, his spirit never wavered. As an adult, Derek's dedication to his work and volunteer roles as a firefighter was unwavering. He found happiness with Christen and they had their beautiful daughter Delaney. However, in the spring of 2021, Derek's heart began to fail, leading to a series of hospitalizations and the eventual need for a heart and liver transplant. Let us support Derek and his family during this trying time, offering any assistance we can as they navigate the road to recovery and wellness.

All race registration fees and donations will go directly to the Martin Transplant  Fund.
