Ready, Set, Pizza! It's the 6th Annual Hoboken 5K for Pizza
Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025 for a deliciously fun run (or walk!) along the scenic Hoboken waterfront. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the 'za, this flat and fast course is perfect for all paces.
Cross the finish line and head straight to our post-race festival, where every participant is rewarded with some of the best local pizza around.
- Each registration includes two (2) full-size slices of pizza! Craving more? You can add a third slice during the checkout process for a small extra charge. (Heads up: extra slices won't be available for purchase after you complete registration or on race day!)
Additional race details:
🍕The event is USA Track & Field sanctioned & professionally chip timed.
🍕Top 3 overall men & top 3 overall women will receive prizes!
🍕Best Dressed category! Come in your favorite pizza attire and be entered to win a gift card to one of the local participating pizzerias.
🍕Race themed t-shirts will be available as a registration add on at an additional cost.

Packet Pickup
Pre-Race Packet Pickup:
Avoid the race-day rush and pick up early!

*We strongly encourage participants to utilize the pre-race packet pickup to help ensure an on time event start.
Race-Day Packet Pickup:
For those unable to pick up early, limited packet pickup will be available on race day.

- Time: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Location: Check-In located at the north-east corner of Pier A Park, Hoboken, NJ
*If you plan to pick up on race day, arrive early to make sure you're ready for the 10:30 AM start.

Your "packet" will include your race bib, safety pins, and, if additionally ordered at check out, your 5K for Pizza race t-shirt.
- To limit our impact on the environment, Packet Pickup will be bagless.
Directions & Parking
The 5K events will start and finish at "Pier A Park" in Hoboken NJ. The check-in and festival area (i.e., packet pickup, pizza) will be on the north-east corner of the Pier.
🍕For drop off (Uber, Lyft, etc), you should utilize "100 Sinatra Dr, Hoboken, NJ 07030" as your GPS address. Though, be mindful that course roads will be closing around 9:00AM so it may be best to be dropped off a block or so away from the venue.
🍕For those taking public transit (e.g., Path, Lightrail, etc), Pier A Park is a 1 or 2 minute walk north of the Hoboken Terminal.
🍕For those driving themselves or otherwise in need of parking for their driver / friends / family:
- Metered street parking is available on first come first serve basis.
- Hoboken Municipal Garage B is the closest garage to the venue, and likely the most convenient parking solution; the address for this parking facility is 28 2nd street, Hoboken, NJ, 07030.
Bag Check
You are strongly encouraged not to bring bags to the race, but we will offer a bag check for $10 via exact cash or Venmo. Card readers will not be on site.

5k for Pizza registration fees are non-refundable, but participants are free to utilize the self-transfer feature through RunSignUp.
