$35 Pre-Registration

$40 Event Day registration

EVENT DAY INFORMATION

8:30 AM - T-shirt + bib pick up
9:30 AM - 1 Mile Run
10:00 AM - 5K Run & 5K Walk

NEW RACE COURSE

The 5K course will now go out once 1.55 miles and turnaround in Bradley Beach to then head back to Convention Hall to finish in Asbury Park

Awards available for pick up from 10-11:45 AM on race day. Otherwise awards will need to be picked up at MacGowan Realty in Spring Lake, NJ.

5K COURSE MAP

5K course description: Start outside of Convention Hall by Robinson Ale House and head southbound for 1.55 miles, turnaround in Bradley Beach and go back to the start to finish.

1 Mile course description: Start outside of Convention Hall by Robinson Ale House and head southbound for 1/2 mile and head back for the finish. It is essential all runners stay left and turn right to keep the flow of the traffic moving in the same direction.
