Good vibes. Great people. One incredible cause. 🏃🏽‍♀️ Join us for our 8th Annual 5K Run for Hope! Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying a walk with friends and family, every step sparks hope for Newark students.

It's always a morning to remember with DJ Roger 🎧 keeping the energy high, family-friendly games and activities, a 1K Kids Fun Run, and a refreshing ice treat waiting at the finish line. 🍧

Most importantly, your registration helps expand year-round after-school STEM programs, giving hundreds of underserved students access to coding, robotics, AI, and the technology skills they need to thrive. 🧑🏽‍💻

In Person Race Info

Sunday, September 13th at Pleasant Valley Park, Basking Ridge, NJ
5K Race Begins at 10:00am sharp. Arrive by 9:00am to check in and enjoy pre-race activities!
Registration in advance is $25. On site registration is $35.
Fun Run for kids 10 and under is Free. Registration required in advance for fun run.
Complimentary 5K Run for Hope T-shirts for all pre-registered participants.
5K medals awarded for top 3 male and females. Age categories: Under 18, 18-29, 30-44, 45-59, 60+

Virtual Event Details (Run / Walk Anywhere)

Run/Walk Virtually Anywhere Anytime Weekend of September 11th-13th
Virtual Event Registration is $25.
All virtual participants will receive a Digital Bib and Finisher's Certificate.
Optional: track your Virtual 5K Results using your preferred app and post results to RunSignUp by September 13th 10pm.
Top 2 male & female winners in these categories: Under 18, 18-29, 30-44, 45-59, 60+will receive a special social media shout-out!!

Name or Logo on all 5K signage and t-shirts
