A cutoff time of 30 minutes for the entire ½ mile swim and 55 minutes for the entire 1 mile swim will be strictly enforced. Swimmers who fail to make either cutoff time will be considered disqualified non-finishers. This cutoff time has been established to ensure the safety of swimmers and to ensure we comply by the policy as dictated in our insurance agreement. We certainly do not take great delight in having to enforce this kind of restriction. Swimmers who fail to complete the required distance under the established cutoff time will be visited by a motorized safety craft. Those swimmers will be required to exit the swim immediately.

Wetsuits will be allowed if the water temperature is below 70 degrees on race day.  Otherwise swimmers will wetsuits will be non-scoring participants. Temperatures in the bay are typically in the 70's during this time of year.

You may register at Beesley’s Point Sea-Doo from 5:00 - 6:00 pm for the ½ mile & 5:00 - 6:30 for the 1 mile on the evening of the race.

Race Day Registration fee:  $40.     (doing both events:  $45.)

High tide is at 6:33pm ON race day.  (Friday, July 1st)

Plaques for male and female overall winners of both events and Medals to the top three male and female age group finishers in both events: 12 & Under, 13-14, 15-17, 18-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, 71-75, 76 & Over.
