Description

Race Information

The 5K will take place at the Drum Point Sports Complex.
Registration / Bib-Pickup will begin at 9:00 AM across the street at the Brick PAL (60 Drum Point Road).
Following the race, participants are welcome to return to the PAL for food/drinks.
If you're not participating in the race, you are welcome to attend the event and watch the race from several locations.

Parking / Safety Information

Parking will be at two location. The left parking area of the Brick PAL and Emma Havens Young School.
Police Officers will be on scene assisting with traffic and crossing the participants.
Signage and volunteers will be on location directing people where to park.
If you require special assistance parking, please park in the PAL lot as their will be designated spots for those requiring assistance.
If you need to leave belongings in the PAL prior to the race, please see volunteers at registration.

Brunas Family

Meet Maddie

Maddie was diagnosed with B-cell ALL on September 1, 2024, just one month before her second birthday. Her family was driving home from a vacation in the Outer Banks when she became very tired and pale. After stopping at the hospital for bloodwork, Maddie was taken by ambulance to Jersey Shore, where her family learned she had leukemia.

She started chemotherapy right away and has been through more in the last two years than any little girl should have to. Her brother Mikey, who was only 3 when she was diagnosed, has been by her side through it all.

Thankfully, Maddie has responded well to treatment and is now in the maintenance phase. She still takes chemotherapy at home and makes regular trips to the hospital for labs, antibiotics and other treatments.

Maddie is scheduled to receive her last chemotherapy treatment on November 6, 2026.

We’re proud to have Maddie and her family as our benefit family for this year’s Rally for Allie 5K and hope everyone will come out to support them as they get closer to a day they’ve been waiting a very long time for.
