Kiwimbi 10K, 5K Runs & 45-Minute Walk!

Bring your family and friends and join us for a beautiful day in a picturesque park! The beautiful course has tons of shade, making it a great place to set PB's!  

COURSE IS PAVED, FLAT AND FAST!

Place: Duke Island Park, 191 Old York Rd, Bridgewater, NJ

Registration: 8:00 am

10K race:  9:00 am

5K race: 9:00 am

Walkers go out immediately after the races begin.

Why walk 45 minutes? That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks

one way to school each day!

What to Expect:

• Tons of food featuring Kenyan treats
• Plenty of water 
• Kenyan Pop Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge
• Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge
• 10k and 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix
• 45 Minute (5k) Fun Walk
• T-Shirts guaranteed only for first 75 Registrations. 

The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
