Description
Join us for the CMSRU Virtual 5k Dash, a self-paced (VIRTUAL) event where every step you take helps support the dreams of future healthcare professionals!
From Sunday, April 27th to Saturday, May 3rd, participants are invited to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) at their own pace—whether you prefer to run, walk, jog, or stroll.
Why Participate?
All funds raised through this event will directly support the CMSRU Student Scholarship Fund, helping ease the financial burden for our dedicated medical students as they pursue their dreams of becoming compassionate physicians.
Participants are rewarded with a CMSRU 5K Dash T-SHIRT!!
How It Works:

Register: Sign up in the appropriate registration above and join the CMSRU 5K Challenge.

Track Your Miles: Log your progress on RunSignup anytime during the week.

Get Social: Share your journey by posting photos and updates with the hashtag #CMSRU5KChallenge.

Who Can Join?
Everyone! Whether you’re a student, faculty member, staff, alumnus, or a friend/family member of the CMSRU community, this challenge is for you. No matter your fitness level, we encourage you to lace up your shoes and participate.
Walking as a Group:
CMSRU will be walking together on various dates throughout the week! This will be to the Camden Waterfront and back (1 mile total) from the CMSRU Lobby. Anyone who registers in welcome to join!
