Description
The need for free primary care continues to be significant in Cape May County even with the impact of the Affordable Care Act. Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) is a 501(c)(3) healthcare clinic that provides free primary care to residents of Cape May County. Since opening in 2002, due to outstanding community support, VIM has been able to serve more than 4,000 patients with over 26,000 clinic visits. The generosity of our participants and sponsors largely contributes to the success of VIM’s Annual Run/Walk and all proceeds raised will directly benefit the healthcare services provided in our clinic.
