11am - Noon is your check in time, and warmup period, a few sections of the gym will be available for you to practice on.
Rules start at Exactly at 12 o'clock Noon! If you miss the rules, you will not run, please allow ample time for travel. :)
Award Ceremony will be at 9 pm after the last competitor has ran!
