Benefit - NB Track Booster Club
Dear NB Community Members,
We are the NB Track Booster Club, a parent-driven organization dedicated to supporting the hard-working athletes of our Cross Country, Winter Track, and Track & Field programs. Our missino is to provide the resources necessary for our students to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of teamwork and community pride.
Our Goals
All funds raised by the Booster Club go directly toward enhancing the athletic experience for our runners, jumpers, and throwers throughout the year. Specifically, these contributions support:

Uniforms & Gear: Outfitting our athletes in high-quality competition apparel for all seasons.

Equipment: Investing in modern tools and safety equipment for training and competition.

Banquets & Gifts: Celebrating achievements and providing senior recognition gifts for our three seasons.

Scholarships: Helping our graduating seniors pursue their higher education goals.
Serving the Community: Beyond fundraising, our athletes and volunteers take an active role in the community, participating in and volunteering for local events throughout the year. We are committed to giving back to the community that supports our teams.

Description
This is our 4th year hosting the Chesterfield FALL Terrain 5K. Our main objective for this event is to race for a good cause as well as providing a 5K run/walk that is fun and enjoyable for everyone! We've been donating to local charities in and around Chesterfield. For our 1st year we raised money to Briella's Friends Foundation and on our 2nd year to Strides 4 Gianluca.
Our charity last year was The Miracle League of Mercer County.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
*$5 off if you register 2 or more for the 5k Run/Walk. The Fun Dash/Run is free for registered children 10 years old and younger.
Online registration closes at the start of the race.
WHERE AND WHEN
The race will take place Sunday October 18th, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. sharp.
All events start and finish at Fenton Lane Park, 16 Fenton Lane, Chesterfield, NJ 08515.

ITINERARY
Saturday
12:00 - 1:00 pm - Packet pick up at Fenton Lane Park
Sunday
7:30 - 8:30am - Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration if available (prices increased) at Fenton Lane Park
8:45 am - Pre-Race ceremony
9:00 am - Fun Run
9:10 am - Chesterfield 5k Run/Walk starts
9:30 am - Post race festivities
10:00 am - Awarding ceremony
PARKING
There will be parking spots inside the park. Fenton Lane park will close for incoming cars at 8:30 am. Please arrive early and before 8:30 am if you want to park inside. There will be parking spaces in the neighborhood across Fenton Lane park. If you want to leave early after your race, it will be advisable to do parking outside Fenton Lane park. There will be no parking at Fenton Lane street but there will be parking inside the development and by the school.
AWARDS
No double-dipping or duplicate awards
Chesterfield 5k Run/Walk Awards & Divisions
Custom made medals will be provided for the overall Top 3 Male and Female as well as top 3 Male and Female per Age Group division.
Overall: Top 3 Male & Female Overall Individuals
Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female Individuals 10 and under, 11- 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
- Runners are encouraged to set up their own team. It can be your friends, neighbors, sports team and company team. Each team are encouraged to personalized their running shirts.
- There will be Post-race festivities.
- Results will be available on website on race day
- Race scored by DQ Events
- Event promoters have the right to alter or cancel events for any reason
- All races will be held rain or shine under guidance of local safety protocol
- Absolutely no refunds
- Transfers and Deferrals are only allowed through Runsignup as specified, no exceptions
