Please join us for the 11th Annual Ryan Steidl Memorial MK5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 at 8:30am rain or shine!

Track! USATF sanctioned event and certified 5K out and back course – FAST and FLAT – Same course layout as last years event!
NEW - Race starts and ends across from St. Clare’s hospital. Parking is available in designated lots, so arrive early!
TECH TOPS for all entrants**! DJ music and post-race refreshments available!
Race day registration is from 7:00 – 8:20 am in hospital lot.
Award ceremony and raffle prizes from area merchants will be given, but you must be present to win! Timing by CompuScore.

FROM WEST: Route 46 East to Denville, left at light near Wendy’s onto W. Main St. Road turns quickly right – take it to town center and make a left at light onto Diamond Spring Rd. At next light, turn right onto Pocono Rd. Proceed to lots beyond barn on RIGHT.
FROM EAST: Route 46 West to Mountain Lakes Boulevard, make right at light, proceed to Pocono Road, turn left at light. Hospital is approximately a mile on right - use parking on LEFT beyond the hospital.

Under 10, 10-14 years, 15-19 years, 20-24 years, 25-29 years, 30-34 years, 35-39 years, 40-44 years, 45-49 years, 50-54 years, 55-59 years, 60-64 years, 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, 80+ years, Morris Knolls students, Morris Knolls staff, Morris Knolls alumni
Pre-entrants (by April 7th):
- USATF-NJ member: $17.00
- Morris Knolls staff, student and alumni: $17.00
- Non-USATF-NJ member: $20.00
All post-registrants (after April 7th): $25.00
Proceeds to benefit the Morris Knolls Baseball Booster scholarship program, the Morris Knolls baseball team, and the Ryan Steidl Memorial Scholarship. A portion of the race proceeds will also be allocated to specific needs within the Morris Knolls community.
