Race bib and t-shirt pickup Thursday, November 13th 6-8pm at Road Runner Sports 501 Shoppes Blvd.North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Road Runner Sports will provide a 10% discount for all race participants on the night of the pick-up. Friday, November 14th 6-8pm race bib and t-shirt pickup will be at the Hooters of East Brunswick, NJ. Race day pick up is available Saturday before the race start at the Township Arts Center.
Race Awards -
5k awards will be presented in the following categories
1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Male & Female Overall Winners
First three male & female finishers in each age group

Team Participation Award:
The team with the most participants will receive a complimentary happy hour at Hooters of East Brunswick.
The awards ceremony will take place at Hooters of East Brunswick immediately after the race
Amenities - Each registrant will receive t shirt, refreshments, water stations, and a ticket for a post race beer at the Hooters of East Brunswick following the race.

Race Purpose
Race Purpose: Raise funds for Team Kevin Strive. When Kim Hansen signed up for a race with her son, she simply wanted to enjoy an activity with Kevin, who was born four months premature with a chromosome disorder that left him medically fragile. What started as something special the two of them could share together has grown exponentially and is now known as Team Kevin Strive, a nonprofit corporation with pending 501c status. The mission of Team Kevin Strive is to prove that regardless of disability, anyone can be a participant in anything they choose. We do this by providing a “pit crew” and racing wheelchairs for 5Ks, half marathons, full marathons and triathlons for those with special needs that want to feel the thrill of racing.
