Description
On Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 9:15 AM, the Borough of Englewood Cliffs will be hosting the 4th Annual EC 5K run rain or shine through the streets of Englewood Cliffs. The 5 km (3.1 mile) course is a USATF sanctioned and timed race with the funds raised going to the Borough's recreation, parks and playgrounds. The day will also include a Fun Run for kids 10 yrs old or younger to participate in starting at 8:30 AM.
For the 5K race starting at 9:15 AM, medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group as well as the overall male and female winners of the race. The race is "fast and flat" and is a great opportunity to improve on your personal best times or simply to have a good time together with friends, family or colleagues.
