USATF Members— 5K - $25 Pre-registered by August 5th only
1 Mile - $20 Pre-registered by Aug. 5th: $25 after and day of race; Students 12 and under $15 Pre-registered by Aug 5th; $20 after and day of race
Kiddie Dash - $10 Ages 2-11 (Each participant receives a medal, italian ice and Happy Meal coupon)

Early Packet Pick-up & Post Registration: Fri., Aug.25th at the Recreation building, 10am to 7pm. Race day registration beginning at 7am

Course: Flat USATF certified 5K course thru award-winning, scenic Gillie Park
Amenities: Custom designed performance Tech shirts guaranteed (adult sizes only) to pre-registrants
while supplies last, ChronoTrack Timing Technology by Elite Racing Systems,
multiple water stops, clocks at mile 1 & 2, prize drawings and Post-Race BBQ sponsored by Applebee's
Directions: Garden State Parkway to exit 74 (Forked River). Turn right on Lacey Rd., take jug handle just
before traffic light (2nd light from GSP north bound or 3rd light from GSP south bound) onto
Manchester Ave. Gille Park will be on the left. Use the second entrance into the park.
Please note the following changes/requirements regarding this event as it relates to COVID-19:
1. At this time, the event will occur but is subject to change based on local, state and federal guidelines.
2. CDC and local guidelines related to COVID-19 must be followed at all times. All participants are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer and practice social distancing. For vaccinated individuals, face coverings are optional. For unvaccinated individuals, face coverings are strongly recommended and may be removed when running.
3. MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms on race day PLEASE do not attend the event. The success of this event and our community is dependent on all of us doing our part.
