Fort Lee PBA Local 245 will be hosting it's 4th annual Fast and Flat 5k Run and One Mile Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at 9:30AM. The USATF certified course will be held on Fort Lee's famous Abbott Blvd. The 1 mile fun run/walk will start 9:30am sharp followed by the 5K at 10:00am.
Award ceremony will begin at 11:00am. Awards will be given out to 1st 2nd and 3rd overall male/female as well as first place only for first responder male/female and ages broken down every five years after ages 0-9.
Packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM onsite. Packet pickup will also be held Friday June 12th from 4pm-7pm at the community center (1355 Inwood Terrace).
T-Shirts will be guaranteed to participants who register by June 7th. 5K entry fee will be $30 on race day, cash and credit card only accepted.
All proceeds will benefit the youth within Fort Lee.

The William T Birch children's fund was created in memory of Fort Lee Police Officer William Birch who was killed in the line of duty on September 4th 1966. Fort Lee PBA local 245 established this fund which directly benefits the youth within Fort Lee. Money for this fund is raised through the Fort Lee 5K which the Fort Lee PBA created in June, 2017. In total, the fund has raised approximately $75,000.00 all which will be donated to the youth within Fort Lee, for more information on donations contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
