There will be 6 Fluid Stations out on the course, approximately every two miles. Each fluid station will have water first, Gatorade (Lemon Lime) second. There will be a yellow sign with black writing stating “FLUID STATION AHEAD” approximately 100 yards before each Fluid Station.
The Franklin Lakes EMS squad along with the Hackensack University Medical Center will be providing support along the race course and at the finish line. If you need medical support during the race, tell any volunteer or race official so they can get the necessary support.
