Description

Lady Blue & Gold will host a workout session powered by SETS HYBRID TRAINING to raise money for first responders and veterans in need. SETS coaches and training staff will motivate and lead the workout. The workout will be for all fitness levels.

The workout will be a large-format 70 Minute SETS Hybrid Training Session. (First one 8 AM / Second one 930 AM)

Children 12 and under are FREE.

A portion of these proceeds will be used to help first responders and veterans in need.

Lady Blue & Gold is a non-profit organization created by New Jersey State Troopers who are dedicated to team volunteerism as well as helping first responders, veterans, and individuals/organizations within the community in need. This event is made possible through Lady Blue & Gold’s partnership with SETS HYBRID TRAINING and Jocko Fuel.
