5k for 5k: GHS Color Crazy Fun Run + 5k Challenge

Crawl, Walk, Trot or Run, there will be FUN for ALL on Sunday, September 17th.
GHS PTA introduces its Premiere 1 Mile Color Fun Run and 5k.

Get outside and enjoy the nature and community of Green Township as you support our K-8 students. You'll start in a white shirt, but as you make your towards the finish line, you'll be blasted with a rainbow of colors if you so desire! The color ending may be optional, but laughter, sweat and kindness are mandatory. Children under 5 are free. Raindate: Sunday, September 24th. 
* Prizes for Top Finishers  *  Food Trucks  *  Post Run Activities  *  Music

Dependent on donations, registrations and approvals we hope to provide post activities which could include Axe Throwing, Bounce Houses and Face painting.

Options: 

– 1 Mile Walk/Run: excellent choice for families and children  |  10:00 am start  |  $20
– 5K Walk/Run: excellent choice for walkers, runners and anyone in between  |  10:30 start   |  $30
Register by August 17th to ensure a FREE t-shirt.

Hints:

* Sign in/Packet Pickup TBD (tentatively 9-9:45 am)
* Wear clothing that you are comfortable getting covered in non-toxic colored cornstarch.
* Bring towels or trash bags to sit on in your car.
* Wear sunglasses. Our volunteer blasters will try their best to avoid your eyes. 
* The color ending is optional...but live a little.
* This is walk or run, decide what is best for YOU.
* Children under 5 are free.

All proceeds from this event go directly towards supporting our Green Hills students.
