Description
The 4th annual Exchange Place Corporate Challenge is a 5K run or walk that takes place in beautiful & historic Liberty State Park on Thursday, June 22, 2023, 6:00pm. The mission of this new USATF timed race is to encourage companies to use the event as a platform for promoting health and fitness in the workplace, fostering goodwill, and promoting team building among their employees while raising funds for local charities.
The event is open to all full-time and part-time employees from organizations within the business and public sectors. All participants are encouraged to register as part of a company team, but there is no minimum, nor is there a maximum number of athletes on a team. But keep in mind that the more, the merrier—because there will be team awards given out after the race for the biggest team & fastest!

We are excited to see the teams work together towards one common goal this Thursday at the 4th annual Exchange Place Corporate Challenge.
Online registration closes Wednesday at midnight. Please remind your teammates there is still time to register.
The Exchange Place Corporate Challenge is rain or shine.
What’s included: All runners will get professional photos, officially timed results, access to our festival area with music, an epic team building experience, and access to our after party at The Zeppelin Hall Biergarten -88 Liberty View Dr., Jersey City, NJ 07302.
Packet Pick Up: Will be available on race day only starting at 5pm. We will have team separate for pick up. Any team member can pick up for the team.
Race Day Address: 30 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305 (directly behind the Ferry Parking Lot). You can uber, Light Rail to Liberty State Park and walk down Audrey Zapp Drive (it is a 15-20 walk but faster if you jog). Once you get there the start/finish festival area is located behind the Ferry Parking Lot.
Parking: Ferry Parking Lot ($7 per car) 30 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305.
After Party: Starts right after the run and will be hosted at The Zeppelin Hall Biergarten (88 Liberty View Dr., Jersey City, NJ 07302). That is a ½ mile walk from the park or 2 min car ride.
Bag Check: There will be bag check available at no cost.
Same Day Registration: Is available for those that did not complete online registration.
Opening Ceremonies: These will commence at 5:50 pm and will include the singing of our national anthem.
Award Ceremonies: These will start at 7:00 pm in front of the Step & Repeat banner.

Charity
City Challenge Youth Foundation is a 501c3 not for profit organization. Our mission is to promote health and fitness in underserved communities with a focus on children. Founded in July 2017, our group has served and sponsored hundreds of children to take part in various fitness activities including: youth obstacle runs, 1 mile fun runs, 5K runs, little league teams, summer camps, boxing clinics and more.
