HunterFest Virtual Fun Run

As part of HunterFest 2020, we are honoring the amazing Hunter Reinholt on Saturday April 18 with a virtual race! As many of you know, Hunter was a lightning fast runner who could win a 5K and barely break a sweat. He was also the type of kid to celebrate everyone in this crazy "race" we call life, regardless of whether they usually finished 1st, 2nd, or 976th.

So, let's have some fun and get moving. All you have to do is sign up for one of the events above (doesn't really matter which one), log in to your favorite fitness tracker or wear your favorite fitness watch, and log your distance.  How far?  Whatever distance you'd like.  Maybe your race is a stroll from your mail box to your front door. Or perhaps it's a 10K on your treadmill.  You might even want to do speed walking laps around your living room while carrying a cup of water and trying not to spill it. The important thing is that you have fun. We'll award prizes for the longest distance, most creative route, and coolest post-run selfie.

So, on Saturday April 18, start your race at whatever time you choose! Then, when you are done, simply complete this form and tell us about your run, including how far you went (again, any distance counts) and any fun details (extra points for creativity!) We will announce winners on Sunday, April 19 at our HunterFest virtual closing ceremonies.  Look out for a Zoom Link from us soon!
