Vyshyvanka Walk/Run - 5K

Organized for the fourth consecutive year by the passionate team at Ukrainian Jersey City this event embodies the spirit of unity, compassion and solidarity. A remarkable running race dedicated to supporting a noble cause raising funds for evacuation vehicles and ambulances desperately needed by frontline medics in Ukraine.

Can't participate in the race? You can still make a difference! Gather a team of supporters to maximize your impact, donate directly to the cause online or  volunteer your time to help organize this impactful event. Every contribution, whether big or small, brings us one step closer to our mission. Why Vyshyvanka Run? Vyshyvanka is a Ukrainian word for the national clothes that Ukrainians wear to show unity, spirit, and the feeling of belonging to one Ukrainian nation. Vyshyvankas and Ukrainian symbols/flags are very much welcome!

When: August 25th, 9 AM Start

Where: J. Owen Grundy Park, Exchange Place, Jersey City

Cost: $35 to participate; kids are free so bring the whole family! 

All registered participants will receive a small branded keepsake from Ukrainian Jersey City.
