5 Mile Course - Dan's Loop
10 Mile Course - 2 Loops
13.1 Scenic trails featuring streams, wildlife, and beautiful wooded areas.
CUT OFF: approximately 4:10 min from start time.
Event Details:
Date/Time: Packet pick-up begins at 8:00 AM
Beanies for the first 75 participants to register!
Finishers will receive a medal and a beanie (limited to the first 75 runners).
Water, course management, and a great atmosphere are all provided.
What to bring:
Charged Cell Phone: Ensure that your phone is fully charged before you head out. It can be used for navigation, emergency communication, or tracking your activity.
Minimum 200 Calories (gels, chews, energy bar, etc): You should carry some form of easily digestible energy to fuel your body.
Hydration Pack or Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during physical activity.
