LVFAS VIRTUAL ZOMBIE 5K

Make October special! Long Valley First Aid Squad's 3rd Annual Zombie 5K, this year in a virtual format. Run or walk our course on the trails in beautiful Long Valley, or choose a course close to you. A perfect challenge for runners, walkers, families and pets.  Participate in costume for a possible prize!

Three great ways to participate:

1. Register and run or walk our course or yours
2. Consider getting friends and family to sponsor you. After you complete the 5K, collect pledges and donate.
3. Can't physically participate this year? Consider a donation to LVFAS by sponsoring a "Zombie on the Run."

Thank you! Fundraising events such as this allow LVFAS to continue its mission to provide medical care and rescue services to the citizens of Washington Township, Morris County and visitors to our parks and farms. LVFAS has been all volunteer 24/7 since 1957. Donations go primarily to purchasing equipment and providing member training.
