RACE DAY INFORMATION:

Course Map

Location: Crest Drive and Bear Lane, Maplewood, NJ. 

The race will occur on Crest Drive in the South Mountain Reservation, Maplewood, NJ. The entrance to the reservation is off South Orange Ave. in South Orange, NJ and is on the south side of the street about 500 ft west of the Top Condominiums, located at 616 W. South Orange Ave. The race will start and end near race registration, which will be held at the corner of Crest Drive and Bear Lane (3/8 of mile from the entrance to the Reservation).

Parking: 

Parking at the Reservation is limited. If the parking area is full, there is a walkway to the Reservation located near 107 Claremont Avenue in Maplewood, NJ. You can park on Claremont Ave, Wyoming Avenue, or Warner Ave and walk up the hill to the walkway where, at the top, you will find race registration and the starting line. Although the walk from Wyoming Ave to the top of Claremont Ave is only a quarter mile, it is a fairly steep hill.

Race Day Packet Pick-up:

Race Day Packet Pick-up and Registration -- Opens at 7:30 a.m. There will be a registration tent set-up near the start/finish line at the corner of Crest Drive and Bear Lane. Race day registration will be $25 for the 5k and $20 for the 1 mile.
