Plans are underway for our 7th Annual Sam Liss 5K! This year's event will be back at Metuchen High School in Metuchen.  Registrants will receive long-sleeved t-shirts. Please register by Oct 10th to guarantee a shirt.  Race fee $30 in advance; $40 day of.

All proceeds benefit Breaking the Chain through Education, a non-profit organization based in New Jersey that is dedicated to eradicating child slavery in Ghana, West Africa. Sam Liss, Metuchen High School Class of 2010, was one of the founding members of the BTCTE at Metuchen High School. He tragically passed away from cancer in 2017. This event honors him and the organization he supported.
