Description

Training for a Half or Full Marathon? Just need to get a long run in? We've got you covered!

Join us for a Supported Long Run. We will have pacers, 2 marked courses with 2 aid stops, that are supplied with hydration, nutrition, and some cheerleaders to support you throughout your long run. When you finish up there will be a Physical Therapist back at the store to talk bumps, bruises, aches and pains and stretch you out.

The pacers will be starting at 7AM, this is typically when the largest group of runners begin too (if you are looking for group camaraderie). Please start at Fleet Feet Montclair, and check in upon arrival.

The routes that the Fleet Feet Montclair team supports for the Supported Long Runs are the 5 mile loop and the 7 mile loop. Course support and aid stations will be available from 7-11AM.
