Description

A flat and fast 2-loop USATF-certified course with wide roads and smooth turns.  All proceeds will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. 

First overall male and female will each win a free pair of running shoes of their choice from Runners House in River Vale, NJ. 

Masters male and female with the highest age-grade % will also receive a free pair of running shoes of their choice from Runners House.

Registration closes on 5/16

Race day sign-ups for the family mile and IZ mile ONLY are welcome!  $35 cash or credit at Impact Zone!! 

USATF championship race registration must be done online by 5/16 - race day registration is not permitted for USATF athletes competing in the championship race.  

Raceday Schedule (subject to change)

  • 8:00 am - on-site packet pickup
  • 10:00 am - Races begin, heat schedule to be posted closer to race day

Awards Ceremony to follow 60 minutes after the last finisher.  USATF awards will be grab-n-go.

$100 CASH prize for masters athletes setting a new course record (current records listed below):

  • Masters Men - 4:40.8 - Pete Anzovino, 2024
  • Masters Women - 5:23.8 - Jennifer St. Jean, 2024
  • Age Graded Men - 93.0% - Peter Brady, 2024
  • Age Graded Women - 91.7% - Nora Cary, 2024

*Note: Athletes that set a course record time and age grading can win both $100 cash prizes

Runners' House gift cards for USATF Masters races:

  • Men and Women 40-49: 1st place - $75,  2nd place - $50, 3rd place - $25 (no double dipping)
  • Men and Women 50-59: 1st place - $75,  2nd place - $50, 3rd place - $25 (no double dipping)
  • Men and Women 60-69: 1st place - $75,  2nd place - $50, 3rd place - $25 (no double dipping)
  • Men and Women 70-79: 1st place - $75,  2nd place - $50, 3rd place - $25 (no double dipping)
  • Men and Women 80-99: 1st place - $75,  2nd place - $50, 3rd place - $25 (no double dipping)

Impact Zone remains open for free participants until 3:00 pm

The USATF prize purse, which includes free running shoes for heat and age grade winners plus gift cards for masters age groups, is sponsored by Runners' House of RIver Vale, NJ.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Fundraiser

The 1-mile race is part of a yearly fundraising event for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital hosted by Impact Zone.  The event, which includes bouncy houses for children, free food and snacks for all, as well as dunk tanks, and other fun competitions, has donated over $20,000 each year of its existence.  Runners are encouraged to bring their families for a full day of fun!
