Join the Silent Patriots Freedom Run as we raise awareness for our military, veterans, and their families. As a military & veteran community we are striving to improve our wellbeing! Mental health is one of the biggest issues facing this community. One way to boost your mental health is through physical fitness. By taking time out of your day, as well as working out as a family, you are setting yourself up for success! Running improves your mood, patience, and alleviates anxiety!
The Freedom Run is FREE for all participants and Silent Patriots from around the world are welcomed to join!
