Description
Participate in the Virtual Reindeer Run 5K to help support the local community! It's a great opportunity to give back this holiday season and help those less fortunate. Also, being a virtual race means that you don't have to go to any specific location to do your run. You can run or walk it at any time, any place, and any pace that suits you. All you have to do to post results is go to the Results tab and put in your time and distance. If you are in Interact at the school, you can receive two hours of service credit! Also, post pictures! We have multiple giveaways we plan on doing for multiple mini competitions that you can find below. Donating is another option as well for those who want to lend a hand, but do not want to participate in the 5K. All proceeds will go to the Ponds Food Pantry.

About Us
Our names are Emily Bonini and Jaden Mayer-Costa, and we are part of the DECA club at Indian Hills High School. We are working on a community giving project for the club, and we thought a virtual 5K would be a great way to help raise money for those in need. We appreciate all that have helped us through this process and look forward to the funds that we will be able to raise! Thank you for your interest!

If you signed up for the race, here are some optional contests for a chance to win a gift card to a business in the community! Be sure to take a picture during your run to then post after you input your results!
Best Costume Contest: Wear your best outfit for a chance to win
Most School Spirit: Run/walk in as much Braves attire for the chance to win
Furry Friend: Take your pet with you and send a picture for a chance to win
Most Scenic Route: Take a picture on the route you took for a chance to win.
Fastest Time: The fastest time will also receive a gift card!
How to Submit Results and Photos
Step 1: Hit the Results tab
Step 2: Click "Submit Virtual Results"
Step 3: Find your registration by inputing your name or email address with Date of Birth
Step 4: After finding your name click the tab that says "Log Activities", and enter your time and distance before hitting submit.
Step 5: You should see a screen that confirms your activity. There should then be a button that reads "Submit Your Photos!". Click the button and add any photos you took during your run for the chance to win one of our gift cards!*
*Note: The photos you submit will be visible to everybody so make sure to capture your best side!
