Participate at your own pace and at your own setting! On a trail or on a treadmill, on a sidewalk or on a track! From New Jersey to Alaska and everywhere in between!
Go at your own pace and time yourself, and remember to practice social distancing protocols!
This event will last from September 15th through October 15th, so you have ONE WHOLE MONTH to get out there and get moving!
