Achy Breaky 5K

Get your "Boot Scootin' Boogie" on at this Country Western themed 5K, 1 Mile Walk, and After Party! Back by popular demand for the second year at this waterfront venue. Fast, flat course and fun after-party! Space is limited, so register before it sells out!

Race proudly supports the charity organization HEADstrong Foundation. 

The Race:

• 5K Race Course including 1.5 Miles of views of the Delaware River. 
• Chip Timed with Instant Results
• 5K Walkers Welcome, need to register to participate.
• 1 Mile Walk option 
• Friendly Course Marshals and Water Stop 

The After Party:

• 2 Hour Country Western party at the brand new event space overlooking the Delaware River at the new Shipyard Event Space!  (Formerly JG Cooks Riverview Inn)
• Live Country Western Cover Band playing modern Country favorites until Noon!
• 1 Post Race Beer or soft drink Included. Full Bar menu available!
• The Carolina Blue Food Truck will be serving up some great food options.
• Dance Floor will be ready for Line Dancing Fun!
