Description

This annual event was inspired by the Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis of Rayna A. Wyatt, at the young age of 16 months in June of 2016. Gentlemen Making Changes, Inc. has since joined the fight against diabetes and has made it a mission to raise awareness and funds to help save lives. Rayna is currently 7 years old, and since her diagnosis, her village has witnessed firsthand the severity of this life-threatening disease. We are determined to support the cause and stand with her and the millions of others in their fight against diabetes, and we are asking that you join us!

Our organization continues in our efforts to advocate on behalf of Rayna, and the 34 million Americans living with diabetes, to raise awareness and promote education about diabetes, to raise funding for access to quality health care, supplies, and research to bring us closer to a cure. Our goal is to transform and save live through advocacy and action!

This year, our run/walk will be hybrid, as it is being held in-person and virtually through this platform. Join us this GMC Movement that will inspire and motivate you. This family-friendly event is full of passion, fun, and most importantly, the company of those who truly understand the impact of diabetes and want desperately to support the fight against it. Education is knowledge and knowledge is the power to help save lives.
