First Mile Finishers is a welcoming, community-based program designed to help participants of all ages build the confidence and endurance to complete a full mile. Through structured walk-run intervals, we focus on steady progress at an approachable pace, making running accessible whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness.

Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday for 4 weeks (7,11-12, 7/18-19, 7/20-21, 8/1-2)
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
