Participants will have up to 8 hours (Start anytime between 8am to 4:00pm) to run or walk the 2 mile loop as many times as they wish.  The course is a partially shaded flat paved path that runs along the river inside the Saddle River County Park, Rochelle Park Area.  Course and support will close at 4PM.  A fully stocked aid station near the start & finish area will include water, sports drink, gels or similar sweet and salty snacks.  An additional aid station near the halfway point will have fluids only.  Runners are encouraged to bring their own hydration container to refill.  Timing will be provided to record the time and the number of loops for all participants.
