Strides for SUDC Awareness 2025

Join us for this year’s Strides for SUDC Awareness Challenge. By walking, running, or rolling the distance you choose, any time throughout the month, from wherever you are, you can help us reach our collective goal of 25,000 Miles and $50,000 raised for the SUDC Foundation!

Sign-up to participate in the challenge by clicking on the "Sign Up" button above.

Next, create your personal fundraising page by clicking on the "Become a Fundraiser" on the above menu.

Set a personal miles goal and a fundraising goal and start soliciting pledges from your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors.

For example, if your goal is to run 100 miles a month, solicit pledges from your network to donate $1/mile to help you reach your $100 fundraising goal.

Or, your goal is to walk 10 miles a week, solicit pledges of $10/week to reach your fundraising goal of $500.

For your efforts, we will have giveaways for anyone who raises a minimum of $500.

Update your progress throughout the month on your fundraising page and share with your network. We also encourage you to highlight your participation and progress on social media to help spread awareness!
