Join us for a meaningful 5K benefiting Moms Helping Moms and held in memory of Pat Deaton, the beloved husband of Moms Helping Moms co-founder Megan Deaton and former Chief Operating Officer - NB Alternatives at Neuberger.
Pat was a source of strength, kindness, and quiet generosity always guided by his motto: Help Someone. Break a Sweat. Have Fun. That spirit of compassion and service continues to inspire the mission of Moms Helping Moms.
Every step you take helps provide diapers, period products, car seats, formula, and other essential baby supplies to families in need across New Jersey. Because of you, babies will have access to the basic necessities they deserve.
Run, walk, donate, or show your support—together, we can carry forward Pat’s legacy and provide children with a safe and healthy start.
Let the little ones join in on the fun! Kids Dash available for ages 10 and under.
Race Day Schedule
8:00 AM – Participant check-in begins. On-site registration will also be available.
8:40 AM – Pre-race yoga stretch with Sana Yoga at the Start Line. All are welcome!
9:00 AM – 5K starts. Runners line up in front; walkers and strollers line up in the back.
10:00 AM – Kids Dash Begin in the Celebration Area.
10:30 AM – Awards Ceremony in the Celebration Area at Spinning Woods Picnic Area #2.
11:00 AM – Event ends. Thank you!
