10th Annual Sgt. Nutter 5K Run

The SGT Nutter Organization, INC. (SSNO) is a registered non-profit organization administered by the Officer Candidate School of the New Jersey Army National Guard. The SSNO was established in the memory of Sergeant Sam Nutter.

The SGT Sam Nutter Organization was created with the purpose of raising funds in order to benefit National Guard families in need. Each year, the proceeds of the organization are donated to Army National Guard beneficiaries. This year's expected beneficiaries include a Marine from North Jersey who was recently severely injured in Afghanistan and a New Jersey Army National Guardsman whose young daughter fought a severe MRSA infection in addition to the loss of his personal belongings as a result of Super Storm Sandy while he was deployed to Afghanistan. So please come out, run, and enjoy your time on the Jersey Shore, all while knowing your registration fees and donations are going to an amazing cause.
