PBA Local 105 Foundation, representing NJ State Corrections, Juvenile Justice and Parole Officers, benefits fallen or injured Officers and their families.
This Year the PBA will be donating the proceeds to Sean Brown's family. Officer Sean Brown was killed on his way to work on RT 72 Manahawkin leaving a wife and 3 young children behind . The Ocean Running Club who has in the past received a check from the PBA to go towards their scholarship fund it this year they ( ORC) will be donating their check to the Brown family.
The course is flat and fast, all 5k runners will receive a finisher medal and the Awards are Top 1 Overall M/F and Top 3 M/F in 5 year age groups.
