Super Snowshoe Shuffle - we're on with snow!

New snow....bring on your snowshoes and dress the football or sporting part this Superbowl weekend!  Sparta Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) and Main Street Events NJ are looking forward to getting many folks active during a quiet time of the year!  On Saturday,February 3rd of Superbowl weekend, the Super Snowshoe Shuffle will have Same Day registration at 9 a.m. at the Sparta PAL building 38 Station Rd, and START TIME AT 10:30 a.m. at Sparta Station Park whether snow or no snow(Foot race).  Guests pay nothing, and may enjoy the indoor sports facilities.  The trails will be groomed ...just be prepared and a bring a warm change of clothes, sun glasses and hand warmers!  Welcome/Sign Up Center at 38 Station Rd at Sparta P.A.L., will allow for Snowshoe pickups and paper registration Friday 5-7 p.m. as Pre Packet pickup will be available Feb. 2nd.  Online closes Feb 2nd at 12 noon.  Very early pickups would be at the Sparta PAL Friday Jan. 12 and 26th from 5pm to 7 pm.  Snowshoe consultation and hot refreshments included are a winter event hat while supplies last,, hot refreshments and massage, race course music, flat 5K or 1.2 mile entry and Whitewoods brand of snowshoes for keeps to ultimately support young boys and girls of the Sparta PAL.  Prized custom medallions for top male and female 5K finishers!  We have 100 shoes to give out while supplies last for the $85 entry.  When we exceed 100 new shoe requests, then entry will be $125.  If you have snowshoes, you'll save as entry thru race day would be $30.  Call Andy to arrange pre race pickup of snowshoes as part of your package for those in need.  973-222-8748.  I can email the printable app or may find at www.SpartaPAL.com when posted.  For those football fans, bring a football and get pumped for Sunday's big Superbowl game!  973-222-8748.
