The Toms River Police Department is proud to present the Jingle Bells Run in historic Downtown Toms River! Proceeds will fund scholarships for local high school students. Special Law Enforcement Schlolarship in memory of TRPD Det. Mark Catalano #187. Special donation to the Hope Sheds Light of Toms River, fighting the issues of addiction by creating awareness, providing resources and instilling hope for healthier communities.
